Birth Stories & Site Problem Print E-mail
Aug 06, 2007 at 05:55 PM

Dear [NAME],

Recently, I had some problem with my ISP and my webhost.  The purpose of this mailer is to explain to you what happened.  Basically, what happened was that Singnet broadband subscribers were not able to access my site unless they manually set their proxy. You might have encountered a 403 error or you might have seen a messed-up page. As far as I know, only Singnet broadband subscribers were affected.

After going back and forth between my webhost and Singnet, I think the problem should be resolved now. At least, I am now viewing my site just fine. If you are still having problem accessing the site, try manually setting your proxy:

If your ISP is Singnet -

http proxy : proxy.singnet.com.sg

port : 8080

With the site problem, I was also not able to update the site properly. So there is nothing much new except for an article on Newborn Jaundice and (as I promised in my previous mailer) Dominic's Birth Story.  With that, the Birth Stories section of the site is now complete.  I would recommend that you read the birth stories in chronological order, ie. start with Dominic's, followed by Damien's, and then Darren's.  This way, you will have a better understanding of why I made some of the decisions regarding the births of my children.

May God bless you and your family,

Angela Ng
