    Just do a net search and you will find plenty of recipes for non-food item like play dough. But there are variations and these are the ones I have tried and tested. I write them down here for my own easy reference as well.

    Here are a few Chinese recipes that are supposed to boost breastmilk production. Some are taken from a recipe book, "The Chinese Pregnancy & Confinement Cookbook" by Ng Siong Mui. I do not know whether they really work. Their effectiveness may vary from person to person.
