1 onion, chopped
1tbs minced garlic
½ pumpkin, cut into chunks
½ cup minced beef
½ cup green peas
½ – 1 cup Stock
1 tbs soy sauce
½ tbs sugar
1. Stir fry onion in a little oil for about 5 minutes. Add garlic, peas and minced beef.
2. Add in the pumpkin chunks. Pour in the stock.
3. Bring to boil, then turn down fire.
4. Add the seasonings and simmer until pumpkin is soft.
